The Ruth White Yoga Centre Office has relocated from Cheam to Shipton-under-Wychwood (Oxfordshire) and has been running for 25 years. Taught and inspired by India's yoga master, B.K.S. Iyengar, Ruth White is recognised as one of Britain's leading yoga teachers.

Yoga residentials and holidays are held throughout the British Isles and abroad, in quiet country houses and retreats that are carefully chosen for an ambience conducive to yoga. Each year in May, Ruth White holds a Yoga retreat on the Greek Island of Lesbos.
