This yoga prop can be used in a number of different postures. You can place the blanket under your head or fold the blanket up to allow additional lift and height in seated forward (Paschimottanasana) and shoulder stands (Salamba Sarvangasana). It is an ideal prop to cover up during Savasana or to wrap around you during meditation to keep you warm.
