Free UK Mainland Shipping will run from 11.00am Thursday 28th May to 11.00am Friday 29th May 2009. Light items that are sent using the Royal Mail for £2.95 will also be FREE to the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, but heavier items that are sent with Parcelforce will incur the standard charge. Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. However, we aim to dispatch orders received by 11.00am (GMT) the same day, orders received after 11.00am will be sent the following working day, subject to stock availability. Orders received after 11.00am on a Friday will be sent out the following Monday (or Tuesday if the Monday is a Bank Holiday), subject to stock availability.
Dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to ten working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale product.

All the Extra Long Yoga Mats, Kids Mats and Rolls of Yoga Mats will take an extra day to be dispatched as they have to be specially cut and collected from our Warehouse. Please contact us if you require a special delivery of these.
We are closed for all UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed over the Bank Holiday Weekend will be despatched on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday weekend. If you have any queries you can leave a message on our answering machine or by email us. For dates over the Christmas and Easter periods, these will be listed nearer the time on the Home, Terms and Delivery Pages.
The cost of shipping is worked out using a weight based system.

Price £2.95: For two light items (Bag, Brick, Block, Strap, DVD, T-shirt or one Blanket) the fee is fixed at £2.95 (excluding Yoga Mats, Rolls, Yoga Kits, Bolsters, Zafu Cushions, Large Equipment Bag, Books, Back and Easy Arches) the cost for postage and packing is £2.95 using the Royal Mail 2nd Class service.
Price £5.95: For heavier items and larger multiples of a Roll of Yoga Mats, Yoga Mats, Kits, Large Equipment Bag, Back and Easy Arches, Bolsters & Zafu Cushions (up to 25kg - equivalent to approximately 1 roll of yoga mats or 16 Yoga Mats) are sent using Parcelforce 48 and must be signed for.
Price £11.90: Over 25kg are sent using Parcelforce 48 and must be signed for.
For Parcelforce 24, the price is Price £7.95 for up to 25kg and must be signed for.

Price £32.00: For over 25kg sent using Parcelforce 48 and must be signed for (Isles of Scilly is 3 day delivery time).
Items that incur a £2.95 Royal Mail 2nd Class postage charge can be sent to the Channel Islands.
Heavier items (Yoga Mats, Back Arch, Easy Arch, Yoga Kits, Rolls of Yoga Mats and multiples of all items) must be enquired about as a shipping charge will have to be obtained.
NOTE. All Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd deliveries require a signature so please ensure that someone can sign for your delivery at the given delivery address. Parcelforce will not leave your parcel unsigned for.
The carriage charge for your order is shown below the product list on the My Basket page - no credit card or payment details will have been taken at this stage.
There is no such thing as free Postage and Packing (P&P), so we have decided not to offer that as an option. This is the way we have established our mail order business. Any website that offers free P&P has already included the delivery price in the selling price for each item.
REMEMBER: All Parcelforce deliveries need a signature. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to sign for the order, as orders have to be signed for on delivery. No-one in during the day - why not send it to a work/friends address?
Some of the delivery costs shown in the Shopping Basket Review are more than £150.00, this is because we need to investigate the best shipping cost for the items in your basket. Once the items have been sent, you may receive a refund for some of the shipping cost.
The Shipping Price in the Basket is just a guide price and in some cases we may have to charge you an extra shipping fee if the amount you have paid does not cover the cost of the courier company fee. If this is the case we will inform you as soon possible and give you the option of paying the extra or canceling the order.
If you would like a delivery cost for overseas before placing an order, please do not hesitate to email us with the details of the multiple products (name, colour, size, number required) and the exact delivery details (full name, address, country, post/zip code and telephone number). We will get back to you with a delivery cost asap.
Please allow 28 days for delivery outside of the UK, especially round Christmas time as we cannot guarantee how postal systems work outside the UK.
