Each week we release a new yoga video class. There are four to choose from each month. Two are 30 minutes long, one is 45 minutes long and one is an hour. The hour long will always be a vinyasa/flow class, while the other classes have very specific themes which can come from all of you if you contact me with your requests.

You are welcome to download each class individually for $30/month, but by becoming a monthly subscriber you save $10/month. Yes, 4 classes - 2 hours and 45 minutes for $19.99 - pretty much the same price as a drop in at your local studio and the downloads - yours to keep forever.
