If you want to unsubscribe from our email mailing list, you can do this by clicking the unsubscribe link on the first Monthly Newsletter or 48 Hour Special Offer email you receive. Your email address will remain on the system as unsubscribed, so that if you purchase from us in the future, you will not be re-added to the email mailing list again. You may also request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address below or by emailing us.
By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors) and sending out our catalogue. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted before the goods ordered are dispatched, and this will usually be within 24 hours of the goods being sent. Goods remain the property of Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd until we have received payment in full.

Discount codes can only be used on FULL priced products. Discount codes CANNOT be used on products that are on Special Offer, Gift Vouchers, Books, Yoga Kits, Teacher Discounted Prices, Box sets of Yoga Mats or the cost of shipping. Unfortunately we cannot offer any further discounts or use discount codes on these products listed on the website as they are already heavily reduced by up to 35%.
If you have a Discount Code to use, this will need to be entered on the checkout page. There is a box which states "Enter your discount code or Gift Voucher number" and your code needs to be put in the box here and click the Enter Button and the shopping cart will re-calculate the cost.
A copy of your order will accompany goods to the purchaser's address. If you require an invoice for your records please contact us and we can send one out. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil an order or a part of an order, or if there are any errors in a placed order we will advise you as soon as it is possible.

The cost of shipping is worked out using a weight based system. For two light items (Bag, Brick, Block, Strap, DVD, T-shirt or one Blanket) the fee is fixed at £2.75 (excluding Yoga Mats, Rolls, Yoga Kits, Bolsters, Zafu Cushions, Books, Large Equipment Bag, Back and Easy Arches) the cost for postage and packing is £2.75 using the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service. For heavier items and larger multiples of the above, the postage and packing is fixed at £5.95. All other items the fee is fixed at £5.95. The maximum weight for each £5.95 charge is 25kg or 16 yoga mats. These prices are for UK Mainland ONLY. For NON UK Mainland call +44 (0)1635 277494 or email us.
Items that incur a £2.75 Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For postage charge can be sent to the Channel Islands, but heavier items (Yoga Mats, Back Arch, Easy Arch, Yoga Kits, Rolls of Yoga Mats and multiples of all items) must be enquired about as a shipping charge will have to be obtained.

UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands: £2.75 charged, orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service.
UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland £5.95 - £16.00 are sent Parcelforce 48hr service (Please allow 72 hours for some UK postcodes, see our delivery page for details).
Note. All Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd deliveries require a signature so please ensure that someone can sign for your delivery at the given delivery address. Parcelforce or the Royal Mail will not leave your parcel unsigned for.

We are closed for all UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed over the Bank Holiday Weekend will be despatched on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday weekend. If you have any queries you can leave a message on our answering machine or by email us. For dates over the Christmas period, these will be listed nearer the time on the Home, Terms and Delivery Pages.
The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT (where applicable) at a rate of 17.5% (VAT No. GB 903 8829 08). Purchases made from within the European Union will be exempt from VAT if a valid VAT deferment number is supplied.
Any other duties or taxes payable on purchase from outside the European Union of Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd products are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the goods.
If the product bought is defective or faulty we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. The goods must be returned to Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd within 10 days in the condition they were received. In the event of a complaint please contact us and the matter will be dealt with.
If an item arrives damaged or is has been incorrectly shipped by Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a replacement or refund according to your own wishes and the return carriage will be refunded by Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd.
If goods have been ordered incorrectly by the buyer we must be notified within 10 days of receipt, goods will need to be returned subject to authorisation from our sales staff in pristine un-used condition in their original packaging, return carriage paid for by the customer and the original shipping fee WILL NOT be refunded.
If the courier company attempt to deliver an item and leave a "while you were out" card and the customer fails to collect the item(s) and they are returned to us at a later date, we will only refund the cost of the goods and the original shipping fee paid WILL NOT be refunded.
For technical reasons connected with colour reproduction and media limitations the colours shown may not be an exact representation of the actual product. The reason for this is that each computer and its display shows colours slightly differently.
