We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted before the goods ordered are dispatched, and this will usually be within 24 hours of the goods being sent. Goods remain the property of Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd until we have received payment in full.
We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. Prices and offers are subject to change and availability, as new stock is purchased.
Discount codes can only be used on FULL priced products. Discount codes CANNOT be used on products that are on Special Offer, Gift Vouchers, Books, Yoga Kits, Teacher Discounted Prices, Box sets of Yoga Mats or the cost of shipping. Unfortunately we cannot offer any further discounts or use discount codes on these products listed on the website as they are already heavily reduced by up to 35%.
If you have a Discount Code to use, this will need to be entered on the checkout page. There is a box which states "Enter your discount code or Gift Voucher number" and your code needs to be put in the box here and click the Enter Button and the shopping cart will re-calculate the cost.
A copy of your order will accompany goods to the purchaser's address. If you require an invoice for your records please contact us and we can send one out. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil an order or a part of an order, or if there are any errors in a placed order we will advise you as soon as it is possible.

We are closed for all UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed over the Bank Holiday Weekend will be despatched on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday weekend (stock permitting). If you have any queries you can leave a message on our answering machine or by email us. For dates over the Christmas period, these will be listed nearer the time on the Home, Terms and Delivery Pages.

The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT (where applicable) at a rate of 20% (VAT No. GB 903 8829 08). Purchases made from within the European Union will be exempt from VAT if a valid VAT deferment number is supplied.
Any other duties or taxes payable on purchase from outside the European Union of Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd products are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the goods.
If the product bought is defective or faulty we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. The goods must be returned to Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd within 10 days in the condition they were received. In the event of a complaint please contact us and the matter will be dealt with.
If goods arrive damaged or have been incorrectly shipped by Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd in any way, the goods will need to be returned subject to authorisation from our sales staff. Please return the goods to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a replacement or refund according to your wishes and the return carriage will be refunded by Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd.
You agree to take reasonable care of the goods, but if goods have been ordered incorrectly by the buyer or the buyer changes their mind and does not want the goods for any reason, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt, goods will need to be returned subject to authorisation from our sales staff in pristine un-used condition. If you remove the goods from their packaging and fail to properly re-pack them in their original packaging, we reserve the right to APPLY A CHARGE OF 10% of the price you paid for the goods. Return carriage must be paid for by the customer and the original shipping fee WILL NOT be refunded.
If the goods are sent by Royal Mail and they attempt to deliver an item and leave a "while you were out" card and the customer fails to collect the item(s) and they are returned to us at a later date, we will only refund the cost of the goods and the original shipping fee paid WILL NOT be refunded. If the customer fails to collect the item(s) from Royal Mail and the item(s) is returned to us and the customer still wants the goods, the cost of shipping will need to be re-paid again.
When goods are returned by Royal Mail and there is insufficient postage amount paid, Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd reserves the right to deduct the postage amount shortfall and the Royal Mail handling charge from any product refund that is made. In these circumstances we have to make a special trip to the Royal Mail sorting office which incurs staff and travel costs.
For technical reasons connected with colour reproduction and media limitations the colours shown may not be an exact representation of the actual product. The reason for this is that each computer and its display shows colours slightly differently.
If you are unhappy with the colour of a product, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt, goods will need to be returned subject to authorisation from our sales staff in pristine un-used condition in their original packaging, return carriage paid for by the customer and the original shipping fee WILL NOT be refunded.
