BANK/NATIONAL HOLIDAY OPENING HOURS

BREXIT & EXPORTING TO EUROPE
Shipping to EU countries has resumed for the main countries. Buyers in other EU countries can contact us through email for actual delivery charges.
The store and shopping cart prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) . When you check out we deduct UK Value Added Tax (VAT) from your order in the final checkout screen.
Channel Islands. Jersey, Guernsey and the other Channel Islands. You will be required / responsible to pay any local taxes which are levied by the Channel Islands Authorities. UK Value Added Taxes are deducted from the final order screen prior to payment.
We will also continue to ship goods to NORWAY and SWITZERLAND, which are outside of the EU.
Northern Ireland. Our experience so far is that we have not had any significant delays using either Royal mail or our carriers.
As stated above, we will continue to ship goods to the REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, but please be aware that goods may take longer than usual to arrive while the BREXIT paperwork goes through customs and is checked and that the buyer will be liable to pay for all Irish taxes and duties.
Export Delivery Terms. Our terms are DAP (Delivered at Place), which means Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd pays for the shipping and insurance charges to the delivery address on the order and the buyer pays for any customs fees e.g. duty, carrier clearing fee and local value added tax, etc.

DELIVERY PROCESS
You can calculate the cost of your delivery in the shopping cart, by selecting your delivery country and post code for the UK. This means you know what the delivery cost is before you commit to any payment. This is recalculated when you checkout using your completed delivery address.
In the UK smaller parcels are sent with Evri and the Royal Mail and larger parcels are sent by a selection of carriers - DPD, Parcel Force and Evri. The cut off for parcels being sent that day is 11am. For shipments in Europe we usually use a carrier based on the best price for the country and region.
DELIVERY SMS / EMAIL NOTIFICATION
Most carriers send either an SMS text message or email with your delivery information, so it is better to provide a mobile number for the delivery address. Delivery times are for guidance purposes as unforeseen accidents and delays can alter the driver’s schedule.
ADDRESS RESTRICTIONS
Most carriers WILL NOT deliver to PO Boxes and our understanding is that carriers will NO LONGER deliver to Parcel Motel depots either in Northern Ireland for Republic of Ireland customers.
If you request a delivery to an hotel you must make arrangements with the hotel prior to ordering as delivery will be to the hotel reception or stores, so it is at your own risk.
DELIVERY TIMES / SIGNATURES
Some of our carriers require signatures for deliveries. If you wish goods to be left without a signature and this results in a lost parcel this will invalidate any claim for compensation.
We aim to ship goods within 48 hours during the working week. Where possible we will ship the same day if the goods are in stock and we can get the order packed to meet the carrier collection deadline. Please allow an extra 24 hours for Extra Long Ampio, Premier & Classic Mats and bespoke mats to be cut and packaged.

We are a family business, so we DO NOT work on the weekends.
UK BANK HOLIDAYS
Please note we will be closed for all UK Bank Holidays. The office will close at 11am on the Friday before (or Thursday at 11am for Good Friday). DELIVERY REGIONS
UK Mainland - shipments are sent by EVRi, DPD, Parcel Force or Royal Mail.
UK Scottish Highlands & Islands - for the following UK Scottish Highlands postcodes, small parcels are usually sent by EVRi, Parcel Force or Royal Mail. All carriers charge extra for delivery of larger parcel to Highlands and Islands
This includes the following postcodes AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 and ZE
Northern Ireland and Isle of Man- for the following postcodes, small parcels are sent by EVRI or the Royal Mail or the most cost-effective carrier: Post codes BT and IM.
Channel Islands - for the following postcodes, small parcels are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force or the most cost-effective carrier: post codes JE and GY
European Shipments - smaller parcels are sent by Royal Mail or the most cost effective carrier.
Worldwide - If your country does not show in the checkout Country drop down list, you can email us for a delivery price.
DELIVERY CHARGES
These charges can be changed at any time, for example when carrier charges, fuel levies or city surcharges are changed. You can calculate the delivery charge when at the checkout.
For very large orders please contact us for a shipping price.
Shipments to countries outside the EU may incur customs clearance charges and local duties and taxes for which the buyer is responsible. Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd is not responsible for these costs or for delays caused by your local government authorities. Failure to pay these charges will mean that your parcel will be returned to the UK. Should this happen, your original shipping charges will be forfeited as well as any other associated return costs. If the cost of return is greater than the value of the order then the whole cost of the order will be forfeited. Please make sure that you understand what process and costs may apply for delivery to your country.
WHY CHARGE FOR POSTAGE?
There is no such thing as free Postage and Packing (P&P), so we have decided not to offer this as an option. This is the way we have established our mail order business. Any website that offers Free P&P has already included the delivery price in the selling price for each item.
MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
My order has not arrived?
Occasionally a parcel cannot be delivered or has been delivered to a nearby address if you were not in. If a "unable to deliver" card has been left and the buyer does not contact or collect the parcel and a return charge is made, we reserve the right to pass on this charge.
Please let us know and we will investigate the loss with our carriers. Some of our carriers record the GPS location and time of deliveries.
Occasionally a delivery is delayed such as a problem with the carrier’s delivery system, or weather issues. Contact us and we can check the carrier’s tracking system.
Royal Mail can take up to 5 days for some deliveries in the UK and require at least 10 days before they will investigate claims. Other carriers take between one to four days for deliveries depending on circumstances.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a parcel that is damaged please sign as damaged and take photos of the parcel before opening it. If the contents have been damaged in transit, please call us within 5 working days so we can process a claim. We will require images to progress your claim.
Missing Items
Please check the whole shipment as we place items such as Straps and Neti Pots in the middle of a parcel to give them better protection. If an item is missing please contact us on by email.
