BREXIT/EXPORT CUSTOMERS

Services to all UK destinations are operating normally, including Northern Ireland, where extra delivery time may be required due to paperwork being checked by customs officials. So far, we have not experienced any delays to NI.

We continue to ship goods to NORWAY and SWITZERLAND, which are outside of the EU.

SHIPPING TO THE EU

Due to the extra customs processes and shipping costs after Brexit, shipping goods to the EU was phased in. Customers can check the shipping countries when they view their shopping basket.

If you are in one of the EU Countries that we have temporarily stopped shipping too and require a product that cannot be bought from a local supplier, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide a fixed price shipping quote, so you can order through our website.                                               

Shipping to the EU may take a little longer as customs documentation is checked. The buyer will be liable to pay for local Value Added Tax (VAT), any import duties and customs clearing fees.

EXPORT DUTY AND TAXES

Customs duty in the EU should NOT be charged on our products that are manufactured in the UK, or  in the EU. Our customs invoice states the country of origin for all products.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in product prices on shopping pages and in the shopping basket page. If you are ordering from outside the UK the Value Added Tax is deducted in  the final checkout screen after you have confirmed the shipping country.

Our shipping prices exclude VAT for all destinations outside the UK including the Channel Islands.

Payment of Taxes and Duty outside the United Kingdom

Any duty or taxes payable on importing the products is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the goods are returned to us because the buyer has not paid these, we will refund the product amount, but not the shipping charges.

This also includes The Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, etc).

CURRENCY

All prices are in GBP (GB Pounds).

If you are ordering from outside the UK your order payment with Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd will be converted from GBP into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. Please remember that currency rates change all the time and even the online currency conversion rate displayed here may differ to the rate when your transaction is processed by your credit card company.

When you request to receive our monthly product and information Newsletter, your information is NOT shared with any other companies for marketing purposes.

By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods. This including passing your details onto our carriers and our secure card clearing company Opayo/SagePay in order to process your payment . We DO NOT pass on your email address to any other organisation.

Our carriers and Royal Mail require your address details to deliver your goods. Our carriers also use your email and/or your mobile phone number to send you delivery details to manage your order.

MAILING LISTS/NEWLETTER

If you want to unsubscribe from our email mailing list, you can do this by clicking the unsubscribe link on your Monthly Newsletter email you receive. Your email address will remain on the system as unsubscribed, so that you will not be re-added to the email mailing list again. You may also request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address below or by emailing us.

We encourage you to read the privacy statements on the other websites you visit. Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd cannot be responsible for the content in third party websites. Most of our website links are to reputable organisations such as the standard compliance organisation Oeko-Tex or the card clearing company Opayo/SagePay.

GIFTS

If you are buying a gift and it is being sent to a different address from your billing address, you can request that we do NOT include the invoice and include a gift message. The instruction and the gift message can be entered on the checkout page in the "Notes/Comments" box.

ORDERING FROM RUTH WHITE YOGA PRODUCTS LTD

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted before the goods ordered are dispatched, and this will usually be within 48 hours of the goods being sent. Goods remain the property of Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd until we have received payment in full.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. Prices and offers are subject to change and availability, as new stock is purchased.

DISCOUNTS

Discount codes can only be used on FULL priced products. Discount codes CANNOT be used on products that are on Sale, Clearance, Yoga Kits, Mat and Bag combo sets, Relaxation & Meditation Kits, Quantity Discount Prices and Wholesale / Teacher packs or the cost of shipping as they are already reduced in price.

TEACHER & TRADE DISCOUNTS

Teachers of Yoga, Pilates, Dance and Wellbeing Practitioners, trainee teachers, Schools, Councils, Government Organisations, NHS and Yoga Studios will receive discounted prices. We can offer Teachers an extra DISCOUNT OFF individual items and most quantity discounts. Teachers will automatically get the cheapest price available, which means there may not be extra discounts on Sale, Clearance, Kits and Mat & Bag combos as the discount available may already be larger than the standard Teacher Discount. ORDER CONFIRMATION

A copy of your order is displayed for you to print and a copy is emailed to the email address you have provided. A copy of your order will accompany goods to the buyer's address. After you have paid by SagePay(credit / debit card or PayPal) an invoice for your records is displayed for you to print.

We accept BACS payments from teachers, studios, government establishments, schools and customers based outside the UK.

UK NATIONAL / BANK HOLIDAYS

We are closed for all UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed over the Bank Holiday period will be dispatched on the day after the Holiday. If you have any queries you can leave a message on our voicemail or by emailing us. Over the Christmas / New Year period we may close the office depending on staff availability. We will post a notice with Christmas hours nearer the time.

GUARANTEE

If the product bought is defective or faulty we offer a full100% money back guarantee. The goods must be returned to Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd within 14 days in the condition they were received. In the event of a complaint please contact us and the matter will be dealt with.

RETURNS DAMAGED or INCORRECTLY SHIPPED GOODS

If an item arrives damaged or is has been incorrectly shipped by Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd in any way, please contact us within 10 days of shipment and we will arrange for a replacement or refund according to your own wishes.

Usually we will supply a return carrier label unless it is a small item that can be sent by post with the Royal Mail. In most cases we will refund the item and the carriage unless the goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition for resale.

Return Documentation

All returns must include the invoice number and your customer contact details. If products are returned without these details we are unable to match the products with your original order.

INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS

If goods have been ordered incorrectly by the buyer or the buyer changes their mind and does not want the goods forany reason, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt, goods will need to be returned subject to authorisation from our sales staff in pristine un-used condition in their original packaging, return carriage is paid for by the customer and the original shipping feeWILL NOTbe refunded.

If the carrier company attempt to deliver an item and leave a "while you were out" card and the buyer fails to collect the item from the carrier depot or fails to arrange for a re-delivery or if available an alternate local collection shop or store and the goods are returned to us at a later date, we will only refund the cost of the goods and the original shipping fee paidWILL NOT be refunded. Where carriers charge a return to sender fee, we reserve the right to deduct this fee from the buyer's product refund total.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Bespoke lengths / specially cut Yoga Mats which are cut to the customers desired length or width, which then cannot be re-sold as a standard product, cannot be returned.

For Health and Safety reasons, products such as Eye Pillows, Tongue Scrapers and Neti Pots which are sealed for hygiene reasons or used on open parts of the body, cannot be returned. Once the bag seal has been opened we cannot accept them back. The only reason we will accept these products back is if they are faulty, broken or the wrong item has been sent out.

PRODUCT COLOUR DISCLAIMER

For technical reasons connected with colour reproduction and media limitations of computer or mobile device screens, the colours shown may not be an exact representation of the actual product. The reason for this is that each computer and its display shows colours slightly differently.

If you are unhappy with the colour of a product, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt, goods. Goods need to be  returned subject to authorisation from our sales staff in pristine un-used condition in their original packaging, return carriage paid for by the customer and the original shipping fee WILL NOT be refunded.
