DAMAGED or INCORRECTLY SHIPPED GOODS
If an item arrives damaged or is has been incorrectly shipped by Ruth White Yoga Products Ltd in any way, please contact us within 10 days of shipment and we will arrange for a replacement or refund according to your own wishes.
Usually we will supply a return carrier label unless it is a small item that can be sent by post with the Royal Mail. In most cases we will refund the item and the carriage unless the goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition for resale.
INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
If goods have been ordered incorrectly by the buyer or the buyer changes their mind and does not want the goods forany reason, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt, goods will need to be returned subject to authorisation from our sales staff in pristine un-used condition in their original packaging, return carriage is paid for by the customer and the original shipping feeWILL NOT be refunded.
If the carrier company attempt to deliver an item and leave a "while you were out" card and the buyer fails to collect the item from the carrier depot or fails to arrange for a re-delivery or if available an alternate local collection shop or store and the goods are returned to us at a later date, we will only refund the cost of the goods and the original shipping fee paid WILL NOT be refunded. Where carriers charge a return to sender fee, we reserve the right to deduct this fee from the buyer's product refund total.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Bespoke lengths / specially cut Yoga Mats which are cut to the customers desired length or width, which then cannot be re-sold as a standard product, cannot be returned.
For Health and Safety reasons, products such as Eye Pillows, Tongue Scrapers and Neti Pots which are sealed for hygiene reasons or used on open parts of the body, cannot be returned. Once the bag seal has been opened we cannot accept them back. The only reason we will accept these products back is if they are faulty, broken or the wrong item has been sent out.
