183cm non-slip, sticky Oeko-Tex Premier Lite Yoga Mats are a high quality yoga mat offering a good balance and traction whilst remaining easy to roll up. The Premier Lite Yoga Mat is slightly thinner at 3mm compared to the Standard Sized Premier Yoga Mat which is 4.5mm thick. It is flexible and shock-absorbing. The abrasion resistance and durability of this material is first-class which is well suited for sitting and standing asanas. You can machine wash your Premier Lite Yoga Mat at 30°C, but NEVER spin or put it in the tumble dryer.

Please note: with a lot of sweat or humidity the non-slip properties of the mat can be reduced because the mat does not absorb moisture and a film of sweat can lead to less grip on the mat.

At first you may find that the mat is a little slippery. This is due to the manufacturer's surface 'finish' on all mats. It soon wears off. You may want to wash your mat to speed up the process to wear your mat in. See bottom menu for downloading a detailed guide for wearing in your yoga mat.
