- Product Description
The sticky Oeko-Tex 180cm Premier Yoga Mats are quality mats offering a good balance and traction with excellent cushioning and grip whilst remaining easy to roll up. The Premier Yoga Mat is particularly thick, abrasion resistant, flexible and shock absorbing, which is well-suited for sitting and standing asanas. This mat is ideal to use especially if you have wooden or tiled floors. It is textured on the top and smooth on the other side.
You can machine wash your Premier Yoga Mat at 30 degrees, but NEVER spin or put it in the tumble dryer.
Please note: with a lot of sweat or humidity the non-slip properties of the mat can be reduced because the mat does not absorb moisture and a film of sweat can lead to less grip on the mat.
The Oeko-Tex Premier Yoga Mats sold by Ruth White Yoga Products are made in accordance with strict environmental regulations which minimise the impact of their production on the environment. It is certified toxin-free according to the strict standards of Oeko-Tex Standard 100 P.1Certificate (Baby Standard) Ref. No. 48325.

- Wearing In your OEKO-Tex Yoga Mat
At first you may find that the mat is a little slippery. This is due to the manufacturer's surface 'finish' on all mats. It soon wears off. You may want to wash your mat to speed up the process to wear your mat in. See bottom menu for downloading a detailed guide for wearing in your yoga mat.
