Available in non-toxic, scratch-resistant first grade EVA polyethylene foam, which is light and durable with 3mm chamfered edges. Theirdense quality means they are strong enough to support yoga postures, yet soft enough to be comfortable. Ideal to support the body in many yoga postures, for example Sukhasana (Simple Cross Legs), Virasana (Hero Pose) (twist), SetuBandha Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Bridge Pose – supported), Halasana and Ardha Halasana (Plough and Half Plough Pose) and Salamba Sarangasana (supported Shoulder Stand).
